We are developing the Generative AI Data Engine to push the boundaries of model development. This is achieved through human-powered datasets, world-class Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), model evaluation, and more. We create products for AI research teams training models and operate the world’s largest marketplace of human intelligence.

We’re seeking an AI Product Manager to develop intuitive ML-assisted tools for generating human data, data quality measurement platforms, and engaging products for AI researchers.

This position reports to our Director of Product, Kate Park.

You will:

• 
  Develop products that enable the world’s leading AI labs to create their training datasets.
• 
  Collaborate with top researchers across the industry to help them enhance the performance of their models.
• 
  Collaborate with executive leaders to define and implement the product strategy for the business.
• 
  Oversee end-to-end product development by understanding customer pain points, defining product requirements, managing development and testing, and overseeing product launches.
• 
  Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, product design, operations, marketing, go-to-market, and finance.

Must be able to commute to the San Francisco office twice weekly.

Ideally, you’d have:

• 
  Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 
  4+ years of experience in developing ML-powered products.
• 
  Experience working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
• 
  Working knowledge of SQL and basic coding skills in Python.
• 
  Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Compensation packages at Refonte for eligible roles include a base salary, equity, and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum target for new hires, based on work location and other factors such as job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. Employees in eligible roles may also receive equity compensation, subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
