- Help establish and oversee a structured operational cadence (ex: Planning, MBRs), ensuring these processes better decision making across the organization.
- Analyze and synthesize competitive dynamics and customer insights to highlight opportunities to improve our business
- Collaborate closely with Finance to develop business metrics that provide insight into our current financial performance and shape our financial future.
- Establish and ensure consensus on the appropriate metrics to assess business performance both internally and externally.
- Collaborate extensively with our cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., EPD, Operations, Finance) on insights, planning, and ad-hoc projects.
Ideally, you’d have:
- 2-6 years of industry experience in a highly analytical role (e.g., BizOps, Product Analytics, etc.).
- Prior experience in tech, particularly in startups, is strongly preferred.
- Deep expertise in SQL queries; familiarity with Python is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and presentation.
- Expertise in both defining the appropriate metrics and diagnosing and resolving data inconsistencies.
- Exceptional skills in managing stakeholder relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for effectively engaging with executives.
- Ability to derive actionable insights and implications from any analysis conducted.
Please note that to adhere to our Refonte titling philosophy, we do not use titles such as 'senior' internally. Instead, we use levels to reflect seniority. Our Talent Acquisition team collaborates with employees to offer career growth opportunities and demonstrate the scope of work through means other than job titles.
