Refonte is seeking a driven and intellectually curious Developer Relations Manager to join our Brand & Product Marketing team! This team is responsible for maintaining Refonte’s brand, collaborating with our product organization on product launches, and creating engaging content.

You will:

• 
  Inform our audiences about foundational concepts, the latest research, and best practices in AI/ML development, introducing them to key ideas that can help them reach their goals.
• 
  Develop technical content such as blogs, guides, whitepapers, videos, webinars, and more.
• 
  Research, outline, write, and edit high-quality content that aligns with the needs of Refonte’s target audiences.
• 
  Collect information from subject matter experts and transform complex concepts into clear, polished, and engaging content.
• 
  Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to assess current content and develop strategies for improvement.

Ideally, you’d have:

• 
  Exceptional written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• 
  Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and comprehend highly technical concepts.
• 
  Deep understanding of AI/ML technology.
• 
  A collaborative mindset, a drive to create and improve processes, and a willingness to support team members on their projects as needed.
• 
  Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

  2+ years of experience as a proficient technical writer.

The base salary range for this full-time position at our San Francisco hub is $132,800–$158,000. Compensation packages at Refonte include base salary, equity, and benefits. The displayed range represents the minimum and maximum target salaries for new hires, based on work location and other factors such as job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can provide specific salary details for your preferred location during the hiring process. Refonte employees may also receive Stock Options, subject to board of director approval. Benefits include comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement benefits, a learning and development stipend, and generous PTO.
