For Rapid and Studio Customers: After logging in, click the blue Intercom chat bubble in the lower-right corner of your dashboard to get in touch with support for any quality or technical concerns.

In your reply, please explain the problem or query you are having, and we will respond as quickly as we can.

For Pro Customers: For assistance with any quality or technical difficulties, get in touch with your engagement manager or field engineer. They will assist with triaging the problem and put you in touch with the right team.
